Impress that special someone with a deliciously romantic four-course dinner. For just $49 per person, enjoy this chef-crafted menu, or add perfect drink pairings for an additional $25 per person.

Amuse bouche - Arancini: Mushroom risotto, roasted porcini mushrooms, arugula pistou, San Marzano tomatoes, shaved pecorino.

First Course - choice of:

Seafood Chowder: medley of white wine poached seafood, confit fingerling potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, bacon crumb, clam veloute.

Spinach Salad: duo of pickled beets, maple candied pecans, baby spinach, apple cider vinaigrette, goat snow.

Second Course - choice of:

Guinness Braised Short Rib: whipped yukon gold potatoes, caramelized roots, Guinness gravy, shaved pecorino, micro salad.

Maple Cured Kuterra Salmon: crispy skin, rosemary potatoes, tamari and ginger glaze, roasted cellar vegetables, pea tendril.

Vegetable Pie: roasted cauliflower, caramelized root vegetables, lentil ragu, whipped potato, mushroom gravy, winter vegetables.

Dessert - Dark Chocolate Tart: chocolate ganache, white chocolate bark, macerated berries, vanilla chantilly.
